Privacy policy

Soltra is an app that shows public data about Solana wallets and tokens. It's built to need as little personal data as possible: there's no sign-up, no email address, no analytics and no advertising. This policy explains what the app and this website do handle, and why.
Who we are
Soltra is run by [company legal name], [registered address], company number [number]. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at [email protected].
What the app stores
- An anonymous account. When you first open Soltra, it creates an account identified only by a random ID stored on your phone. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- What you add. The wallet addresses you track and any labels you give them, your watchlists (token addresses), your alert settings and the token you pin to a widget.
- A notification token. If you allow notifications, your phone gives us a token so we can send your alerts. We also log when alerts are delivered, for 30 days, to measure how quickly they arrive.
- Subscription status. If you buy Pro, Apple or Google handles the payment. We receive whether your subscription is active, through RevenueCat, linked to your anonymous ID. We never see your card details.
- Public blockchain data. To show a wallet's history and P&L we read its public transactions and keep a processed copy. This data is already public on the Solana blockchain.
A wallet address on its own doesn't identify a person, but it might if you've linked it to your identity elsewhere. You choose which addresses to add, and you can remove them at any time.
What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (IONOS SE) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. If you email us, we keep your email and our reply for as long as we need to help you.
Why we use it
We use this data only to provide the app: to show the wallets and tokens you've chosen, send the alerts you've set up, keep your widgets up to date and give you the Pro features you've paid for. Our legal basis is that this is necessary to provide the service you've asked for (contract) and, for logs and security, our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure service. We don't sell data, use it for advertising, or build profiles of you.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run Soltra. Each only receives what it needs.
| Provider | What for | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and anonymous accounts | Everything listed under "What the app stores" |
| Cloudflare | Hosting the app's server | Requests from the app, including your IP address |
| Helius | Reading Solana transactions | Wallet addresses you track |
| DexScreener, Jupiter, CoinGecko (GeckoTerminal), RugCheck | Token prices, charts and safety checks | Token addresses only |
| Expo, Apple, Google | Delivering notifications | Your notification token and the alert text |
| RevenueCat | Managing subscriptions | Your anonymous ID and purchase status |
| IONOS | Hosting this website | Server logs |
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while you use Soltra. Alert delivery logs are deleted after 30 days. If you delete the app, your anonymous account stops being used; email us and we'll delete everything linked to it straight away. Otherwise we delete inactive accounts after [12 months] without use.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Because your account is anonymous, include the account ID from the bottom of the app's Settings screen (tap it to copy) so we can find it. Email [email protected]; we'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Soltra is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
